In December of 2023 we contracted to buy a home with Monica and James.  Everything was going as planned until the tragic death of James.  We kept faith in Monica she would be able to continue with the process.  Not only did she complete the challenges of closure on our home but she has been a great source of information. Monica is very professional, dedicated and determined to offer good service before, during and after the sale. It is possible to be an advisor in English, French and Spanish. Monica has a REAL real estate broker's license. Many real estate brokers in Mexico are advisors but they do not have any license or training in real estate to practice.
